Order confirmation
You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as you place your order. If it doesn’t arrive, please email dana@danacooper.net. Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number.
Where we ship
- We ship to most countries worldwide.
- We can’t ship to PO boxes.
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
United States
US orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days after shipping.
International orders (excluding Canada)
International orders are shipped by our partner Passport and sent Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). This means duties and taxes are collected at checkout, so your package won’t be held at customs. Duty and tax amounts vary by country and product.
International orders typically arrive within 8–14 business days after shipping, and your tracking page will show an estimated delivery date. For questions about an international shipment, use the “Need Help” button on your tracking page or email help@passportshipping.com.
Canada
Orders to Canada are shipped directly by us, not through Passport. Import duties and taxes are not included at checkout and may be collected on delivery.
Tracking
When your order ships, you’ll get an email with a link to your tracking page.
