Shipping policy

  • Orders cannot be shipped to PO Boxes.
  • International shipping is currently available to most countries. Shipping rates for international orders will be calculated at checkout via shipping options available. This excludes Canada so any additional import fees and taxes may be required of you upon receipt of your order if you are shipping to Canada.
  • With the exception of shipments to Canada, we ship all our international orders with Passport, our trusted third-party international shipping partner. Passport has a number of shipping partners around the world that handle your local delivery and ensure your package arrives safely and quickly.
  • To create a better delivery experience for you, we ship all international orders Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). By shipping DDP, duties and taxes are collected directly at checkout so that your package is not stopped and held by customs. Please note that duties and taxes assessed by customs vary by country and product.
  • Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive an email from us with your tracking information. You can track the progress of your order directly on your India/Julia Amory tracking page.
  • We want you to receive your order as fast as possible! International orders are typically delivered within 8 -14 business days once the order has been fulfilled. Once your order has been fulfilled, the estimated delivery date will be shown on your tracking page.

ORDER CONFIRMATION?

You should receive an email with your order confirmation on specific date. If you do not receive it, please email our customer service team at dana@danacooper.net so we can do our best to accommodate your request. We will update you with a tracking number as soon as your order dispatches from our warehouse.
